Lead Teacher

Description:

We are looking for an experienced childcare educator with an initial or professional certification in Early Childhood Education, along with a BA or MS in Early Childhood Education. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the daily planning, management, and supervision of a classroom of children aged 2 to 5 years. Additionally, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the daycare center, ensuring that all state guidelines and regulations are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

• Create fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow Teachers.
• Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
• Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
• Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
