Group/Lead Teachers (2k,3K, Pre-k)

We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Group Teachers to join our team and educate our young learners. Our program is designed around a creative curriculum that encourages exploration, curiosity, and a love for learning. We aim to foster a nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive and develop their skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with young children, a strong commitment to their development, and the ability to implement innovative teaching strategies. Responsibilities:

• Plans, organizes, and executes daycare curriculum, lesson plans, procedures, and documents accordingly.
• Implement a curriculum to provide positive learning experiences for children.
• Supervisor Assistant Teacher, Teachers Aide and volunteers
• Attend and participate in staff meetings and staff Development training/workshops
• Participate in the planning and implementation of field trips.
• Maintain a cooperative, professional relationship with all staff, parent/guardians, funding sources and volunteers/trainees.
• Prepare and conduct in parent-teacher conferences.
• Implements good safety practices in and outside of the classroom
• Conduct bimonthly written observations of children and communicate any concern to the Director.
• Assess the developmental needs of the children in a timely basis and plan activities to meet their individual needs.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
