Duties:
- Support the lead teacher in classroom activities and lesson implementation
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Help students with individualized learning needs
- Collaborate with the lead teacher on curriculum development
- Manage student behavior and provide positive reinforcement
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment
Skills:
-Experience working with students in 3K/Pre-K or educational setting
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and curriculum development
- Familiarity with working with individuals with autism or special education needs
Requirements:
- CDA or Minimum of 12 credits in Early Childhood Education
